Let Days To Rest
Mournfully aside he cries,
To passers by who dare pass by,
A tale of yesterdays now lost,
And how immeasurable is the cost,
When others scream to love the day,
They will leave their days to rest,
With the slightest chance that they may,
Climax to a day above all days,
They're happy to let astray,
A life of naughts without protest.
